I am writing today to share something with you that is weighing heavily upon my heart.

This will be brief and to the point. I am not selling anything other than the fact that YOU are what the world needs right now.

I want to simply say that everyone of us has the capacity to become all we were meant to.

The terrible hardships we have faced were only meant to make us stronger, not destroy the dreams.

The inner child that knew ANYTHING was possible may be buried now inside of you, but that child needs to be released.

Remember that child inside of you? If you have forgotten, you need to remember...

It is true that sometimes the hard times are so great the child inside had to hide. And after hiding so long and being in the dark, coming out into the light again can be overwhelming.

But you need to be brave and bring the child out into the world, and you need to do it now.

And then you need to listen to the child within you that knew you could accomplish whatever you wanted.

You need to reject any unhealthy notions that you have taken on over the years that cripple you in your journeys.

Know this here and now and know this from the depths of your heart...

You are smart.
You are creative.
You are talented.
You are brilliant.
You are a bright shining light in the world.

If anyone ever tells you any different, you have to ignore it. You just have to. No ifs ands or buts about it.
